2. If you are unable to attend a class on any day, you must produce:
a. A medical certificate, if you have been sick, or
b. A “permission to be absent from class form” signed by the Head of
Department (HOD), before you leave the class. This form can also be
used if you need to go to the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoint
Authority (ICA) , your Embassy etc. This form can be obtained from
your teachers or the Front Desk.
3. A student must attend a minimum of 95% of scheduled course
(subject) hours or not be absent from the course for a consecutive 3
days
4. A student must not engage in any form of activities that may
contravene the conditions (including those stated in the Student’s
Pass application form, In-
Principle Approval Letter and Student’s Pass card) in which a
Student’s
Pass is issued (e.g. illegal employment).
5. A student must not remain in Singapore after the expiry of the
Student’s Pass and the
school shall inform ICA of his/her means and date of departure.
6. A student is only permitted to attend the course after approval
of the Student’s Pass has been given by ICA.
7. A student must not remain as a student in any other education
organization/s or course/s other than that indicated in the
Student’s Pass.
8. A student must surrender the Student’s Pass for cancellation
within seven days from the date of cessation or termination of
his/her studies or course/s.
9. Be appropriately dressed while in the school premises.
a. DO NOT wear slippers to school
b. DO NOT wear shorts or ¾ pants to school
c. Long hair should be tied up neatly (applicable for male students)
d. No sleeveless T-shirt is allowed (applicable for male students)
e. No hats to be worn in/during class
f. Clothes which reveal midriff/see through clothes are not to be
worn
g. Shirts and T-shirts must be tucked in
10. Do not litter
11. Do not consume any food in the classroom
12. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the building
13. Switch off your hand phone and/or pager during class time
14. Any form of vandalism will be strictly dealt with
15. Cannot bring in unauthorized people to the school premises
unless prior approval has been given by the supervisor
FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND REGULATION MAY RENDER YOU LIABLE
FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
