In Cisco Systems his main focus included the Vertical Industry/Solution Sales Program and he had to analyze and evaluate the Asia Pacific business focus for sales engagement and to ensure these are addressed further into the larger corporate initiatives. He had facilitated and conducted business needs analysis with the Operation Directors, Regional Sales Managers and Product Specialists across AsiaPac. He had managed the development and delivery projects for the knowledge transfer of in-depth technical content for the relevant Sales & Engineering Teams across Asia Pacific. In i2 Technologies his roles were to provide pre-sales technical and project management support across AsiaPac region by the implementation of B2B environment and designed effective communication tools for customers, consultants and developers. He also managed the Supply Chain Management software development, demo and training environment for sales engagement and worked closely with Solution Providers like Sun, HP and IBM for systems portability and scalability. In National Computer Systems, his main responsibilities were to plan and coordinate IT project initiatives for Government organizations. He had to collaborate extensively with division coordinators to analyze business structure and translate into functional specifications. He had to customize network, hardware and software to conform to each division’s processes while meeting corporate needs. He gained software development life cycles experience by developing database applications for small and medium sized enterprises during the early part of his career as a freelance software developer while studying. He gained Business and IT lecturing experience by delivering Bachelor, Advance Diploma and Diploma Programs and consulting on curriculum development for several Private Schools and he also worked with several institutions to organize, supervise and coordinate student thesis and Industrial Projects for Bachelor and MBA Programs throughout his career.
