Mr. Teo graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Western Illinois University in 1991 and Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University in 1992. He also holds the Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southern Illinois University. Currently, he is pursuing the Doctorate in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from one of the university in UK.

Mr. Teo developed his interest in teaching and sharing of knowledge since he was given the scholarship to pursuit his Master degree in USA in early 1990. As part of the scholarship requirement, he had to conduct the tutorial class to the undergraduate students that comprises mostly American. His passion for teaching and sharing of knowledge didn’t stop even after he came back from USA. He started as a freelance lecturer with Raffles Academy while holding the full time job.

The subject taught by Mr. Teo includes IT, accounting, finance and quality with level ranging from basic degree to the Master programmes in various Polytechnics in Singapore as well as in the National University of Singapore.
He is a qualified ISO 9000 auditor and is also involved in providing feedback to the university on the relevancy of the subject offered for both the Bachelor as well as the Master degree.
