Mr. Mervin holds an MBA and Advanced Diploma in Teaching in Higher Education. In a career spanning 12 years he has worked in diverse areas such as accounting, marketing and education.

Apart from lecturing, he also supervises research students and conducts research workshops for students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Presently he is the Programme Leader for the Diploma and Higher Diploma in Business Management programme.

With his academic qualification and industry experience and exposure he has managed to bring his own brand of expertise to Raffles Academy.
