Student Complaints Procedure
 

The Schools is committed to providing high quality education and services to all its students. Our aim is to provide a supportive environment for students and to be responsive to student concerns when they are raised.

 

  Various Types of Issues that come our way

 

It is recognized that in a complex organization problems may arise of a teaching-related or service-related nature. Those problems need addressing in order to ensure that normal high standards are maintained. Students are encouraged therefore to raise any issues of dissatisfaction, at an early stage, so that they can be dealt with effectively.

 

  Grievances Procedure
 

A formal grievance must be in writing and addressed to the Student Service Coordinator. The formal grievance should also mention your decision and your preferred outcome.
